What if my books are a disaster?

What if my books are already in excellent condition?
Then congratulations, you are rare, and you are in the best possible position. You still receive the full workbook, verified area by area, plus a proposal built around optimization instead of repair: streamlining your tech, tightening your workflows, and implementing an AI layer that elevates your whole back office.

Do I have to buy BuiltOS afterward?
No. The findings workbook is yours either way, and it is useful on its own. If you do move forward with BuiltOS, whenever that is, the full amount credits toward it and the findings become the build scope.
What access do you need?
An accountant invitation to your QuickBooks Online file and access to your project management software, plus any other tools in your stack. We request access at the kickoff call, after checkout, never before.
Is this a sales call in disguise?
No. It is the work. We inspect your actual data and every finding is documented with support. The proposal options in the workbook are built from what we found, not from a script.
How fast do I get the findings?

Do you fix things during the inspection?
The Inspection is diagnostic, and we are honest about that. It does not fix anything by itself. It tells you the truth about what needs fixing, what it will take, and what to do first.
