This policy describes how Catalyst Construction Accounting & Consulting LLC ("Catalyst CAC," "we," "us") collects and uses information when you visit catalystcac.com and its related pages (the "Site") or interact with us through it.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit a contact form, join a waitlist, book an appointment, or purchase a service, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, company, phone number, and the content of your message.
  • Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
  • Scheduling information. Appointments are booked through Google Calendar's scheduling pages, governed by Google's privacy policy.
  • Usage information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) processes standard technical logs such as IP address and pages requested in order to serve the Site. If we enable website analytics (such as Google Analytics), we collect aggregate information about how visitors use the Site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, and traffic source.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request
  • To schedule and deliver engagements you purchase
  • To notify you about the launch of offerings you joined a waitlist for
  • To understand how the Site is used and improve it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers who make the Site and our services work: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Stripe (payments), and Google (scheduling, email, and analytics if enabled). Each processes data under its own privacy policy and our instructions.

Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver services, and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you joined a waitlist or mailing list, every message we send includes a way to opt out.

Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the updated version here with a new date.
